Well I think im at the level to throw a 10 rib setup on my whipple. I keep my belt tensioned properly and been snapping belts like its my job. Even HD green ones. Im not saying im not hard on things but im guessing the 10 rib will hold up better to that happening? 2 belts when I tap redline and 1 belt just from acceleration. Anyone else have that issue? Was also wondering how much more boost a 20% OD damper would produce?

Cars on 6 rib setup with a 3.5 griptech pulley at the moment.

Show me the way..

If you can afford to do the 10 rib it's a no brainer. We used the 6 rib on our car early on and it worked well to get us into the 9's. Eventually we knew we would pulley it down and wanted to avoid any belt slippage issues. With 10 rib kit with a 20% lower and 3.5" griptec upper yielded us an 8.64@157 and we had zero belt issues.

The 20% balancer is worth about 5psi.

Feel free to give us a shout and we'll take great care of you on the 10 rib setup.

Thanks for the reply, I'm running e85 at the moment. Dont know if I want to add another 5 lbs of boost yet. Specially on a stock motor. Haha
