I'm not sure there is a belt that will fit with the new shorter routing. I just pulled up the Gates belt chart. Whipple says you need a K060891 which is 89 3/4" long and could go as short as the K060882 which is 88 7/8" in length.

Found K060888HD falls in between those specs.

That's the size I tried in standard edition trim. Not sure why that one is not listed in their parts list. But good find nonetheless.

On the old routing it was part K061058HD. I am likely going back to the old routing and belt today until Whipple figures out a solution for the shorter routing.

Found out through my parts guy the 10 rib belt is whipple proprietary..

K101054RPM... Needs to be green.

EDIT: It would have to be 6 1/8" shorter.. I believe the availability of a green 10 rib is 101" and 112", Nothing in between per my parts guy.

I'm curious as well..

Only idler I could see eliminating would be the adjustable one near the alternator..

Interesting. I have no belt chirp except letting off throttle when it's blowing thru a gear
