Whipple flight control timing setting?

Hey, does the whipple cal automatically adjust timing? My flight control timing setting is at 0. I just lowered my pulley size to 3.625. Under what conditions would you add or take out timing manually? Thanks!

it will adjust. that feature is disabled unless you turn off the nannies. I went from a 3.75 to a 3.625 and made no changes runs great
