My local track offers roll racing events sometimes, I've been using "drag" mode but the best mode for roll racing?

Drag mode. Just put it in sport and drop it to what ever gear puts you around 6k rpm and once you take off push it back into D. I did some pulls with friends yesterday on a cruise. 440awhp WRX and a 2012 CTS-V. It still pulls the hardest of all the modes.
