Hopefully Ford Racing decides to offer some power packs for the Ecoboost like they did with the 5.0 and the V6.

Mountune, Ford Racing, Livernois, or COBB if I end up getting a '15/'16 car.

Mountune and Ford Racing for the warranty. Livernois or Cobb because they have a solid track record. the truck & SHO guys love Livernois and I have yet to see anyone have an issue with them. Tons of people swear by COBB, too. If Ford or Mountune come out with performance packages that are at least similar to the other aftermarket brands, I'll stick with them.

I'm also considering a FoST and the only probably with mountune is that Ford restricted them on what they would warranty. Their "big" horsepower kit is stuck at 275hp and 300ftlbs, when just a FRPP tune nets well over 300ftlb to the wheels.

Cobb has done alot for the Focus and Fiesta community. Livernois is gold with the Taurus SHO and the F150. I cant wait to see what everyone comes up with for this 2.3

Coming from myself who has been tuning for over 10 years I can tell you one very simple thing. The calibration in the Ecoboost Mustang is far different from other Ecoboost platforms. Thats why your not seeing anyone offering up custom tuning support as of yet. Dialing in everything perfectly is going to take some time.

Being one of the first SCT dealers to dyno, tune and race this Ecoboost has thrown us some curves. It dyno'd very well, drove excellent and performed great but at the track it showed us a few things that we are working on.

Trust me when I say that if your interested in getting a tune for your Ecoboost Mustang you should go with someone that can deliver a quality tuning device as well as a quality tune that is proven on an in house car. We are working very hard to become that company and our track record (pun intended) shows we can do just that.
