I would put a few thousand miles on mine to sort out any issues from the factory. At least before doing any major mods....I'm not sure what you planning. I don't see your list of planned more anywhere.

The real question is what is a "2015 Mustang GT MY16"?
So in Australia it's a bit different my car was built in 2015 but will be Australian complied in 2016 making it a 2015 MY2016.

Just another thing we do different down here

In the US the model year has nothing to do with when it was built. The model year is the government rules it is certified to meet. My 15 Mustang was built in October 14. The government allows manufactuers to start certifying cars for the next model year in March of the preciding year. Especially with a new car introduction it allows the manufactuer to have a longer build run before needing to certify for the next year's rules.

I would wait a few thousand miles to make sure nothing's off before doing anything major drivetrain wise. Wouldn't want to have some clutch or engine issue spring up and then fight with ford about whether it was your supercharger that did it.

That being said, Oil Separator, CAI, DP, Exhaust and other not that big of a deal things, I'd do somewhere after 1000-1500 miles. You want to drive the car and know how it feels when it's new to make sure that it feels just as good (if not better) after the mods and not that you left something loose that's causing intermittent issues, etc. As soon as you're comfortable with the car and get a good feel for it, I say go for it!
