Hi to all...

I need some advise from your expertise as i still have confusion with offsets.

I already decided that i will be going with the Vossen HF-3 for my race Red 2019 GT PP1 and they will be 20 x 9.5 and 10.5. Still deciding if they will be in Gloss Black, Double Tinted or Gloss Graphite. More inclined to the Gloss Graphite.

I really don't like the POKE in any matter but neither want to install spacers so here is where i need your advise. I was thinking for the front 9.5 with +25 and for back 10.5 +45 as this is the standard. I think with these offsets they will be a little inside the fender and i can get them flush with the tires with 275 and 295. What do you guys think, i am in a good way or is their any recommendation?

Also if i go with 40 instead of 35 tires will it look OK with the 20 combination as i am not planning to lower the car?

I will appreciate your feedback and advise. This is the look i am trying to replicate. Hope the owner don't get mad at me for using his pic as reference.

Offsets look right. Stick with 35 aspect ratio. 40 aspect are much taller.

Thanks for the feedback @BmacIL. I don't plan to lower the car that's why i was thinking 40 aspect. Hope i don't get too much gap.

So your recommendation will be 35 all way or should i combine 35 and 30 to keep the look as is now?

I would go with a +35 for the front.

+45 in the back is perfect. I have the same in the rear. With 305/35

If I wasn't going to lower it I would probably go with a 40 series tire. I think 35s are too small of a sidewall. LOL
This things rides so stiff.

Thanks.... Yours are +35 in the front? Can you share a front pic to see how it aligns with the fender?

Based on my calculations that a 17 GT PP wheel with 20mm spacers is "fender flush" rear and 25mm front (as you lower a car I assume the wheels tuck in so it changes... this is "stock" ride height)

front spacing needed (area from rotor mount surface to edge of rim lip) would be

Front of car
Stock 11 PP (9.0") wheel no spacer front spacing (52mm offset) - 2.70 inches is stock
Stock 11 PP (9.0") wheel with 25mm spacer (basically making the offset go from 52 to 27mm) front spacing - 3.69 inches

Rear of car:
Stock 17 PP (9.5") wheel no spacer front spacing (45mm offset) - 2.98 inches is stock
Stock 17 PP (9.5") wheel with 20mm spacer (basically making the offset go from 45mm to 25mm) front spacing - 3.77 inches

So if my numbers are accurate the rotor surface to fender flush (when car is on the ground) should be about 3.77 inches rear / 3.44 inches front (can probably use a tape measure to give it a check) and as said if you lower the car that probably will need to increase slightly to maintain... it may not matter as much just depends on the suspension setup. Any wheel you look at just calculate the front spacing (rim width - back spacing) and see where it lands.

this also means the 9.5 inch rear PP wheels will stick out .25 inches more in the front and still be .25 inches from fender flush it seems .... :(
