They are different from the performance pack to the base. Different part #

Yes, they will. All attachment points for them are identical.

Yes, they will. All attachment points for them are identical.

They might swap right in but they're not identical. The PP belly pan has brake cooling ducts so the wheel well liners on PP cars are bit different to account for that.
See pic below, i had to cut in a rectangular hole in the base wheel well liner when upgrading to a PP belly pan.

Thanks for the info. Am in the process of converting My car to pp chin spoiler
