My car definitely needs wheel spacers. Can you let me know if it is a DIY job? I was thinking of getting 20mm for the rears and 23mm for fronts as this is quite a popular choice amongst you.

Another related question, has anyone here replaced their wheels with wider ones to not use spacers and have a good stance?

Excellent choice...same spacer set up as me (plus the Eibach pro springs). I would advise no DIY - bear in mind that for both front & back the wheel studs need to be trimmed/shaved a few mm so they don't poke out past the spacers and hit the wheel. Maybe an easy enough job if you have all the kit, but IMO better to take it somewhere.

I see you're in Oxfordshire - Mike @ Modurstang will sort you out! He did my first set on my Ecoboost a couple of years ago.

Mike already installed my Borla S-Type exhaust. Will contact him in a bit.

After you replaced the springs, how did the ride comfort change? I don't want it to get too hard and harsh.

Depends if you have an aversion to poke or not. If you like a fairly aggressive stance whilst still being legal then 25mm all round will allow you to fit them yourself with no grinding of the studs. I had 25mm front and 23mm rear which fitted straight on. If you're doing it yourself be sure to follow manufacturers fitting instructions regarding torque as there's a lot of "stuff" going around at the moment regarding quality of spacers which i'm not going to add to.
After three years I took mine off and replaced with aftermarket wheels - RTR Tech 7's - which whilst not being as aggressive a fitment as I previously had do fill out the arches sufficiently well.View media item 14917This is the RTRs...

Morning Steve! That's awesome. So if I understood correctly you removed the spacers completely? Can You attach a few photos of the car and the wheels. What size are they? What size tires did you have to get for them?

Thanks!!!

Definitely a firmer ride in normal driving conditions. You'll feel any sharp bumps/potholes just that little bit more I would say, but it doesn't make the ride any less comfortable in my opinion, definitely not "too harsh" - and I drive mine daily. The major advantage is the reduced body roll when driving spiritedly! That & visually I think it looks a lot nicer.

Yes, spacers are gone now. A couple of photos here - https://www.mustang6g.com/forums/th...550-mustang-today.50215/page-318#post-2524489 - though not got too many at present. As soon as they were on they were off again due to the car needing some attention from Ford.

I jumped on a sale @LMR for flow form SVE GT7 19x10 wheels, 25lbs a wheel $149.00! I may need to remove my 8mm spacers to mount them Saturday at Firestone so I'll check back in here with you lads and confirm the results.

I use 25mm all around with ford pro kit and it’s a easy diy job , if you can change a wheel you can fit these spacers

Mike done mine with the lowering springs at the same time, I took his advice, and have had no issues for 3 years and the car has been all over Europe,
