I like to disassemble things.
The chart on the second link in post #22.

Not enough torque and you risk fatigue. Too much torque and the stud can go or become plastic. Both are bad.

I'll wait for some sort of expert to define a specific torque value for a specific lube.

Edited to add: I dont think it's going to happen because of the litigious society that we live in. If it gets ugly at 175+ MPH, no body wants to be left holding the (liability) bag.

Tom: Going to the track isn't something that's gonna happen in Sarah's life and hopefully, T or someone will come up with a torque RANGE at least for Ti and lubricant. I sure don't want those pretty lugs and nuts just sitting on the bench in the garage. :-)
Use them. For the street, you will be fine.
