Has anything come to market on how to correct the wheel hop. On one run at the track last night I had terrible wheel hop. So much that I let out.

Thanks

Easy on gas? Lower rear tire pressure? Too cold?

Do a thread search for wheel hop. Been talked about in detail a dozen times. :)

I've read most of the threads, but haven't seen any fixes. I've hesrd of bushing kits, but that's why I made the post. To see if anything has come to market yet.

On the street I haven't had to much issue, but at the track it was bad.

Thanks

58-62 degrees. There were a couple big tire cars so track prep was decent.

Tire pressure was stock (36 psi)

Bushings and axles? That's going to be $2000 I'm sure. At least then I can run slicks and skinnies with out breaking anything. (Hopefully)

Because there's not one yet unfortunately, but several companies are working on it. Apparently it's a harder fix than previously thought. I asked this question 4 months ago hoping Ford would have a TSB for it. The forum community thinks Ford will not address the issue so we'll have to spend money when a fix is found. I love this car but the wheel hop sucks!!!

Agreed. I'm already used to this power level and wanting much more. I ordering a gt350, but fear it will be the same thing. I'm ready for the gt500 with 740+ hp so I won't get used to the power so fast and hoping it comes with a wheel hop fix and stronger axles.

Or maybe buy a 13-14' gt500 to play with until the new one comes out.

I don't have much issue on the street. On the track it was bad if it launched hard.

I also didn't notice the frpp .99 video cars having any wheel hop issue. Those cars were almost lifting the wheels.

I was wondering about that and think the traction these PZero tires are partially the cause. I'll put the Sumitomo tires on next and think it'll help because they won't bite near as much. Just hoping they still bite enough in the corners. I had them on my Porsche and they seemed fine.
