So I had a slow leak in my passenger rear tire. I took it off to look for a cause. I noticed that the entire wheel moved a little as I removed it. It appears that the rotor is moving. I remounted the tire and torqued it to 150lbs. E-brake off. Tire off the ground. The entire wheel will move a tiny bit as if the lugs were loose. They are not loose. Other wheels do not do this. What gives? I recently had my brakes done. What could be wrong?

Yeah. Wheel bearing might be bad.
