He is saying the original bolt had loctite on it already when you removed it. clean it off completely with a wire-wheel so you are not fighting gummed up loctite during re-installation while fighting subframe bushing that wants to sit differently than what the new inserts want to guide it into

I used 5lbs hammer. I fliped the nut so the flange was hammered at the flush lever with bolt. one strongest wack popped the bolt all the way out. I initially hammgered the bolt with a 1lb hammer for 10 minutes but got nothing done.
about 4k miles. I had Turbosmart BOV previously before reverted back to factory DV with GFB. Did feel a lot more responsive and no more mid throttle venting. :cheers:
