Does a change in overall wheel diameter have an impact on how the 10R80 shifts/behaves?
Looking to understand if a change from 27 inch to 28 inch or 27 to 26 inch wheel diameter would cause the 10 speed to shift differently?

The difference won't be in the way the transmission shifts; it does what it does based on engine RPM, and I suppose the 10R80 might also have some kind of electronic sense of throttle position, load, etc. (Mine's a manual, so I don't know all the details of the automagic transmission.) Changing the tire diameter will have certain effects on any car, though. Smaller means quicker starts, less of a load on the engine, and fewer miles per gallon. Larger means the opposite.* Either will result in speedometer and/or odometer inaccuracy.
*I may be wrong - it's early and my brain isn't fully awake yet. :sun:
