Wheel bearing?

Hub Nut should be 98ft/lbs (133Nm) and then a further 45 degrees...

If I want to check mine are correct is there a torque setting to check or is a case of undo them and then re-tighten?

98ft/lbs does not seem much though, considering the wheel lug nuts are 148lb/ft each.

I've got a squeaky rear passenger, it is either these new pads are simply squeaky fuckers at which point they can fuck off and stock ones go back in, but might as well check the hub nuts just to be 100% though I suspect they are fine as car drives fine, just annoying squeak at low speeds once brakes are warm.

Thanks I double checked mine, they did not tighten any more with wrench set to 150ftlbs so all seems well.

Sorry for delay i've been mega busy at work.

Dealer manager phoned on Monday extremely apologetic, explained to him the springs, BMR etc would not affect wheel bearing. He also said I was misinformed and the tech should have said it may require a wheel bearing. They have said should the bearing now go in the future due to hub being loose they will replace FOC under warranty. My next service will be heavily discounted. I'm pretty happy with this as I do not want to be driving to Bristol or Swindon. Thanks again for all your advice/help.
