Favorite mod? Longtube headers. I love being able to scare the shit out of someone who pulled in front of me and cut me off like a moron and also being able to drive it like a civil person where it sounds just right and not like a Nascar.

Having an 18 GT is a bit of an advantage since they make really good power with very little so my faves are the Lund Flex tune and lighter better looking wheels/tires. Those two mods made the car much faster and perform/look better all around.

To date - PMAS CAI with Lund tune, followed by removing the clutch spring.

For manual trans - BG Syncro Shift II from Optimum Performance. Less than a hundred dollars and combined with MGW shifter to make shifting vastly better than OEM setup.

The one mod that completely changed and improved my driving experience was swapping the clutch spring.

Steeda Stop the Hop and progressive lowering springs (installed both at the same time) totally changed the way this car drives. So good it should have come that way from the factory. Made the car so much more planted at speed, much more solid at highway speeds too.

I haven’t done a whole lot to it yet (and won’t until the warranty expires), but the Roush Axle-Back exhaust took the fun factor of driving to a whole new level. I’ll add an H-pipe eventually.

Lowering the car and spacers or aftermarket flush rims. Best, most needed mod on the S550 platform imo.
