Its a spelling mistake on the ugly yellow decal they glue to the sun visors. When it was supposed to say. This car will kick ass on a gm product. Instead the typo had it saying. This car will kick ass on a gm joke and then laugh at it uncontrollably. Once they correct the decal to not be as insulting, cars can ship.

Whats sad is the Viper ACR is already in dealer lots. This is an even rarer car, with basic viper production limited to 3 per day. Maybe they make 1 ACR per day?

For what it is worth I just got a text from the Inventory Manager at my Ford Dealer in response to my question on why my production date had moved from 9/21, 10/12, to 10/26.

His response "There was a stop build on the vehicles for Ford organization purpose and it was lifted last Friday. This was the reason for production dates being pushed back".

I have no idea what he means by "for Ford organization purposes".

Just to stir the pot a little bit...

I found the attached pic on instagram today, showing a GT350 on the streets of Mexico City. Some observations:

* The car has a plate on front which appears to not be a Michigan manufacturer plate. I don't recall seeing any other cars from Ford with the front plates mounted up on any of the public drives they have done previously.

* The car is missing the front splitter

* There appears to be a child in the back seat behind the driver

Has someone taken delivery of a car in Mexico? Is this a Mexico dealer that got their hands on a pre-production car? Is someone on the lamb from Dearborn with the car? We demand answers!!
