RoushRider, more than likely you did not reconnect the ground wire for the fuel pump when you were installing your roll bar. It is a single wire held in place with one screw. I don't recall if it is on the right or left side.

I installed the Ford OEM GT350R RSD. I am not sure I understand you question about fixed back seats. I am considering replacing the Recaro seats with non-folding racing seats at some point. This would resolve any issue I have with harness install.

AMpowerJ, Take a look at the Mustang Racing Pedals by SRPRacing. I installed a set in my GT350. I really like them. I got the extra wide gas pedal and the heal toe is much better on the track. Very easy to install.

Enzo101, As TehNguyen said the shift knob thread for the GT350 is 10x1.25. If you are asking because you want to change out the OEM knob I have been down that road. I wanted a White Ford Racing Round Ball. I was only able to find them with the 12x1.25 thread so I got a 10x1.25 time-sert...
