I m in the same boat STANG565. I doubt these Bullitts are selling at those prices. They can ask whatever they want.

I almost bought one with 150 miles for 39,5k...that was in March 2020 when world started turning upside down due to Covid. Summer came, I had other things going on and people had scooped up the new ones at 42-45k. I ended up buying one from a private person close to me with 3400 miles for 42k in November 2020. Vroom offered me 47k but she's a keeper. If you can swing the Mach 1 from Granger, go that route, just make sure more sense right now. If it has to be the Bullitt, I'd wait a little.

We paid $47.5K for mine with 34 miles on it in July of 2020. I say if you want it bad enough, ask the dealer if they will take $47K and let them counter (not to exceed $48.5K) and you might have yourself a nice new Bullitt. Mine has all available options (magneride, Nav/with B&O stereo and Recaros).

It’s a Bullitt, buy at best price you can get. You will love it. My opinion, it will hold it’s value much better than a Mach 1 and it looks a lot better than a Mach 1.

As many others have said, now is the absolute worst time to buy a used car. Get the granger (or similar deal) on the mach 1 new or just wait it out until prices normalize. The amount of money i am MAKING trading in my raptor is asinine and while i don't agree with the prices i am not turning down the extra cash.

Right now, as other have said above, I wouldn't entertain buying a Bullitt unless it is something you MUST have.

A new Mach1 yes without ADM, or just sit tight and wait for a market correction.

In spring 20, dealers couldn't shift them, they were offering huge discounts off MSRP on new MY19 Bullitt's and 0% for 84months (why use your own money when you can use Fords)

agreed, but Granger is the real deal. I even flew out there back in April, just to wander around in case it was too good to be true...

...and after that, and about a dozen happy customers on here (quite a few more now) I will happily verify that they ain’t lyin!
hold up. so we're just gonna let this go? you flew out to IA just to visit Zach at Granger Ford? 😧 just like some of us decide to swing by local costco, you just fly out to IA? 😆

So, lemme get this straight...
  • you offered 47
  • they countered at 48
  • and you declined
...all over a 1,000 differential for a high 40s car?

PLEASE don’t tell me that you are like my mother-in-law, that will drive 20 miles out of her way, and spend an extra hour just to save 5 cents a gallon on gas?!?

well...that and I had a pop up trip for a dairy owner, to drag him and his jet out to Des Moines in order to sell his share of CorePower milk to Coca Cola 😉

I offered $47 which after that fact I believed was still too high after seeing some new cars that although I d have to wait are just a better deal. Previously I wasn't considering new. Had they accepted the offer then I d have bought it. Sometimes that extra day reveals more options. No, I wouldn't let a car go over $1K. When I see what guys paid for their Bullitts I did decline $48.

I really want a Buillitt and have t I heard stories of Bullitts sitting on dealers lots for 8-12 months just a few years ago but now all of a sudden people are willing to pay MSRP or higher on a 3 year old vehicle with no warranty. Crazy!!
[/QUOTE]

the factory warranty starts with what is called the
IN SERVICE DATE. the date the dealer sets for you to pick up the vehicle

or from the date of manufacture, or the date the dealer gets the car

What would you guys pay for a 2019 Bullitt, 550 miles, showroom. Aprox $52K list.
6 speed, 401, magnaride, heat/cool seats.
How badly do you want/need one now????
If you can wait until 2022 you should save a lot, unless this madness continues.....
If you have cash burning a hole.....I'd say don't spend over $48,500
