I've recently purchased a bunch of parts for my car, and want to install them myself as efficiently as possible. I have the cash to pay a shop to do the work if I need to, but I enjoy working on my own car and every dollar saved on labor is another dollar I can spend on parts. That being said, I am trying to figure out which parts I should aim to install together, since I'm not quite sure how all the suspension bits come apart.

I've got a Race Red 2016 GT w/ Performance Pack. Current upgrades include a Trufiber spoiler, MBRP catback, sound tube delete, 20% window tint, hood struts, start button cover, and stereo upgrade to Moddiction unit along w/ subwoofer install.

Parts I recently purchased and am trying to decide which ones to install at the same time:
1. BC coilovers
2. Eibach sway bars front & rear
3. BMR sway bar end links
4. BMR CB005
5. BMR LCA Bearing
6. 25mm wheel spacers
7. JLT oil separator
8. Cervini upper and lower front grill
9. Tail light tint kit
10. Trufiber ram air hood

The ones I'm really concerned about are the suspension bits. I may have to have a shop do #5 for me, since I don't have a hydraulic press. But as to items #1-4, should I try to install them all at once?

Before doing #5, you might consider the Ford Racing Knuckle to Toe Link Bearing. This is because you'll already be using a press for the LCA bearings and you might as well press these in too.

From 6-10, it could be at any order, depending on convenience. The first 5 would be:

1. Pull out your LCA and get the BMR bearing installed (since you're there, you can do the FR toe knuckle bearing). In order to achieve this, you'll need to dismount your rear sway bar, links, spring, and shock.
2. Before you put back the LCA on the car, put the shock and spring from BC, CB005, then bolt on the LCA.
3. Lastly, put on the rear sway and links.
4. On the front, remove calipers, rotors, carefully remove the strut, and sway. Reinstall in reverse order.
5. Put on alignment rack to adjust coilover heights, reclock, and align.

Is a spring compressor needed to remove the stock springs when installing the coilovers? I know my coilovers themselves won't require it, but I'm not sure about the stock springs.

Nope. Just remove the whole strut assembly, carefully thou. My stock strut is still intact!
