My car is pretty much a street car with maybe a bit of autoX in the future, mine is a PP car. What should I do next? Mods now are:

BMR SP080 springs
BMR CB005
Steeda fixed pro action dampeners
Steeda rear shock mounts
Ford toe knuckle bearings
Steeda diff inserts
19x10 wheels up front with 275/35/19 mpss tires
19x11 rear 305/35/19

I was thinking maybe lower control arm bearing or maybe poly vertical links.
Sway bars are always an option too... hell maybe the car is fine the way it is.

What do you feel you need? Is there an aspect of the handing or steering response that you want to change?

With that said, I would personally add an adjustable rear sway bar to your mix. Set it on mid or full-stiff, depending on taste. On second thought, considering the SP080s drop the front significantly and add very little spring rate, I would add the front bar too.

I always felt the car under-steered too much for my liking. I also think I might enjoy a stiffer spring, the ride is almost too comfortable.... if that’s actually a thing. I have zero wheel hop so that’s not a big issue.

Well with 11 wheels in the back and 10” in the front, ya, it’s going to understeer.

A pair of adjustable swaybars and end links might be a nice upgrade. Then you can play a bit with settings.

Also camber plates and a good alignment can help that front end grip to counter the understeer.

I agree with NightmareMoon

I would suggest adjustable bars and end-links. If going the BMR route, this would be our SB043 Sway-Bar Kit and our ELK012 End-Links.

Good luck!

Is the CB006 a good mod for any car or more of a serious track car? Seems like a nice upgrade without breaking the bank. Other than the brace I guess sway bars and end links will be in my future. And yes I'll be going BMR.

Thanks for the continued support.

As for the CB006, that brace is a hot commodity. Do I think that every single person is seeing a major ROI with it, or is seeing improved performance (that is realized)? No.

A few things really make me like the CB006 - and I use it on my own cars due to the price point as well as the fact that it does increase the rigidity of the OE subframe significantly. There are always the splitting hairs and technical approaches - then there is the real world, data and performance gain/ROI approach. For the latter, I would not tell anyone that additional bracing up front is going to be a game-changer.

The primary focus with the CB006, and our major target are the track guys who use wider wheels and tires, and tires that provide much more grip. Controlling and harnessing those increased loads to the chassis is always beneficial, whether someone likes to accept it or not.
