Hi all. Got a lead on some brand new takeoff 18" wheels from a 2015 GT, wanting to throw some snow tires on. My car is a PP Ecoboost if ride height differs......found a good price on some 225/60R18 Blizzak WS80 tires, but if memory serves they'd be almost an inch taller than the stock tires, and the stock ones fill out the fenders very nicely. New car so I want to obviously avoid any rubbing issues....anybody know how much room is under there? They're also gonna be 1" narrower than stock so that may help clearance a bit.

Input these parameters for the tire on the left:
235/50-R18. Use 40 for the offset.

Then try your tires on the right.

Edit: Yeah, more than an inch taller. But width is OK. Your speedo will be off 5%. When you think you are going 60, you actually are going 63. Not that that is a safe speed on winter ice anyway.
