How does that work for beating the OBDII systems check? Pretty sure you can't just plug it into another car and pass.

Actually that’s exactly how it works. You plug in to the car then you override the vin number and change it to whatever you want then connect to the data base and test

Exactly how did you get the o2, H02 and CAT monitor to be in “N/A” state. I see that they’re grayed out. Can you do this with HPTuners software?

A tune that most tuners don't do anymore. Wengerd tuned my Mach 1 and I have zero issues with emissions with catted headers and O2 extensions.
