You really think that's necessary for a 550-600rwhp build for a guy that is just going to be using it as a DD, and not a track car? I've heard many people say these cars are safe at power levels much higher then that. There's even that Galpin Rocket that costs ~ $100k with 725hp on a internally stock S/C GT motor. If the car was for track duty only, that would be different. No it's not needed.
