If I were to sell my Mustang, say at the end of this year.. Can I say my car has extended warranty? Even though the car has been Lund tuned, New CAI, catback, lowering springs, (headers coming soon, and intake mani, TB) etc.

Or will I have to say no warranty comes with the car ?

I bought the extended warranty just for the resale value, and at the time I had no thoughts of aftermarket mods.. Too late for that now :shrug:

Any thoughts?

Most manufacturer warranties, including Ford's, are transferable between owners. That means if you were to buy a 24-month-old Ford vehicle from a dealership or through private sale, you would now also own the remaining 12 months of basic coverage on the warranty term.

Ford only declines warranty claims if the modded part has direct

Still driving it for the time being (until next summer ish), might sell privately with all mods if anyone wants to buy at the time.
