I'm making an assumption that the '21MY will get Sync 4 later this year. Why do I think this? Well, we know its coming at some point soon, and one of the prototypes spotted earlier this year had interior "camo".....or at least a cover over part of the dash (in the photos below, you can see it covered and then uncovered) so they're changing something inside.

Whilst they could probably (just) get a 10" landscape screen into the same location as the current 8", I wonder if they'll go for a larger vertical screen. Was the "Lithium" concept shown at SEMA used to warm us up to this? A facelifted Mondeo has just been launched in China and it has a large vertical screen, of course the Mach E has vertical screen too.

I think I'd rather have a 10" landscape so it doesn't completely dominate the cabin, but what are your thoughts if it was a huge vertical screen?

I agree. I think the current Premium trim gets it spot on as all the major controls are still hard buttons, but there aren't too many of them. I don't like the idea of all functions being controlled by the touch screen. For me, a simple upgrade to a 10" wide screen in the current location, whilst keeping the existing hard buttons, would be perfect.

My thoughts exactly Paul. I think the 15" screen has a place but not in a Mustang. Go with the 10" to get Sync 4 and leave the rest alone.

Many people are just like, "oh just leave it on auto". Sure, if you want the A/C compressor running at times when you don't want or need it to be.
Or, you can put it in Auto, turn the A/C compressor off with the A/C button, and forget about it until it's warm enough to need the A/C.

I do not mind the vertical screen. However, just do not make it like the Tesla, where it stick out at the top, OVER the dashboard.
