I believe the 750 offer is sent through mail and is rare getting one.

The $750 offer is the EAA rebate. It shows up in the system once you provide the dealer your generated PIN.

The private cash offer I'm trying to remain hopeful but nothing in the brochures that were just sent out to me. Calls to the marketing folks haven't generated anything either.

MSRP is $27,180.00. OTD for $25,500.00 (TTL included).
Should I try to go lower? What would be a fair/good price?

MSRP is 39985

Gonna use x plan which would be $38526
$750 EAA
$500 Veterans Ford coupon
plus any rebate Ford is offering. Hopefully another $500

hopefully will be at $36800.

Is this a good deal?

Going off of the price list the MSRP is 25990. How did you get $27180?
Invoice is 24387. Really 24500 minus any rebates plus ttl/dd.

So I received two private $750 offers from the Ford brochures, with an expiry date of 10/31. Do I simply ask my dealer to freeze it? I'm not sure what the terminology/process is.

It's a club where one pays a $40 membership fee and you get two xplan pins a year and a $750 rebate from Ford as a member. The particulars are all over the forums if your interested in joining it.
