TR1: Base plus PP is 29797 plus 2227 invoice, or $32024 pure invoice (no delivery, advertising). So assuming your $33500 does not include tax, it looks like they stuck advertising and delivery in there. Sound right?

Side question to everyone: In order to get Lync3, you only have to get the GT Premium, right? Or is it available even in the GT Base model?

$33,500 before taxes. It was at another dealership. They had a difficult time getting it. I didn't want to order and wait so I was happy with the price.

My deal was just xplan minus 500 retail rebate, minus 750 cash back offer, and a free oil change.

UPDATED: Sorry for any misinformation, when everything shook out at the dealer I couldn't combine the EAA and private cash. We tried every way possible. However I was very happy with my price from Jason Robles at Koons Sterling Ford in VA. Been great to work with them on my order.

2016 Mustang GT Race Red
- 400A
- Manual
- Performance Pack
- Voice Nav
- Premier Trim

MSRP - $40,810
X-Plan - $38,465
Cust. Cash - $500
EAA eCert - $750
Total = $37,215 + TTL

Congrats!! This is exactly what I hope to happen at my dealer. I hope to have $2000 worth of rebates available ($500 customer cash + $750 private cash or competitive lease conquest if that's still available when I pick it up + $750 EAA certificate). That would go a looong way into getting my OTD cost well below $40K.

I didn't think you could combine private cash with EAA cert?

you're not supposed to, but some dealers don't know better and seem to let it slide.

Just ordered my 2016 GT. 300A base GT with performance pkg (with silver PP wheel)and Recaro seats. Going to be $35,338 minus any incentives that are running when the car arrives. There is $500 now, hoping there is going to be at least that much available in a few weeks.

So im about to look at these cars with intent on buyin sometimes between now and end of January (the sooner the better)

If im looking for:
GT premium
PP
Prem trim
400a

is $35,000 before TTL reasonable or am i digging too far here?

Unless you are buying on A plan, that is asking a bit much IMO. X plan on a car optioned that way would be 37k-38k minus incentives of 500-1k.

I pretty much ordered the same exact setup and $35k before TTL is way out of reach. Might be able to swing that on a '15 that dealers are trying to get rid of but not on 2016s.

I'll put it this way, at best I can swing $2000 worth of rebates off of X-Plan pricing, which would put be at ~$36k before TTL and frankly I doubt I'll even get that. Good luck on your search
