Koons Ford of Baltimore and no, before tax and fees. I did purchase 3 other Ford from them in the past however so I do have a good relationship with the sales manager.

I'm confused did you pay $31,800 or $37000 OTD? $37 k sounds pretty high for OTD, were you upside down on a trade? I paid less than $37k OTD for an EB Premium MT PP 201a, Nav, ACC, 50th AP pkg, and Reverse Park Assist in January.

I paid 23800 OTD with zero percent financing for 72 months on a 2015 Ford Mustang automatic ecoboost base Model. This was back in August

After taxes, DMV fees, and all that jazz. The final price was like 37k. Negotiated price was 31.8k for the car

What sort of taxes were there? 37k you can get a GT Premium with Performance Pack out the door for. Over 5k in taxes and fees??

Hmm...CommyO...if the only options included on your EB Premium are an automatic transmission and the PP...you paid TOO MUCH! I paid $29,999.60 Out-The-Door and On-The-Road...EVERYTHING INCLUDED... for a 15 EB Premium (black in color) with the following options: automatic transmission, PP and the Enhanced Security Group. I also used Ford's 0% APR for 72 months. The MSRP was $33,380. Unless you were "upside down" financially on a trade or your car had more options from the factory or dealer installed than you listed (but for a MSRP for 33,335, that doesn't seem viable), a final Out-The-Door price of 37K is RIDICULOUSLY HIGH! You and I have essentially the same car, aside from different colors mind you, and you paid $7001 dollars more for your car! HOLY FINANCIAL OUCH ROBIN!!!

Something definitely doesn't add up. Sounds like the worst deal possible anyone could get for it.

Hello everyone. First post on mustang6g.com. I am about to pull the trigger on my first mustang! I went to the dealer with the plan to order with X-Plan pricing.

Before I do buy, I want to know if I am getting a good price. Would you guys be able to comment?

I plan on ordering a GT Premium 401A with 3.55s, Auto, and 18 Foundry Black wheels.

Vehicle price is $38,614.92
Document Prep is $134.00
License / Title is $172.35
Sales Tax (Philly 8.0%) is $3,089.19

Total OTD: $42,010.46

From looking at what other people got, it looks like this seems high. Am I wrong?

One thing I notice on the preview order sheet, is that there is an Advertising Assessment of $599. I am reading this is normal but not sure.

Am I getting swindled here. Can I do better? Should I try looking for a better deal?

Note there are not rebates or discounts. I won't know that until delivery which would be around early January.

I think the "Advertising Assessment" fee is part of the X-plan price. So if you got X-plan then that's what you'll end up with unless the dealership was willing to take some of that off. Getting X-plan on a 2016 is probably about as good as it gets right now I would imagine.
