Been going back and forth for months now, finally decided f&$! it and I bought it. FP windshield banner. Will do a test fit this weekend and see if it moves me one way or the other. If I’m not feeling it, I won’t put it on. And worse case, if I do put it on and don’t like it after a while, I take it off and I’m out $60. Not the end of the world

Now you gotta get the FP power kit and find out how to make it work :cwl:

Haha yeah there’s gotta be some way to make it work with a 22. If not, I’ll just have to get the FP supercharger instead 🤭

Put it to bed today. One thing of note, my app said to drive it to get out of battery saver mode. I simply hit the start button without starting the car and it instantly linked to the app again.

Installed the FP windshield banner. I’m pissed, followed the directions to a T and took my time and still ended up with 2 small creases in the O in Performance. They’re not noticeable unless you’re within a couple feet at most but I know they’re there now 😡. Was going to try to fix it but will probably make it worse so I’ll live with it. Sorry for shitty indoor pic, directions recommend 55F ambient temp, so I had to keep the garage door closed. Only 40F outside but a toasty 64F in the garage with the door closed. Will get some better pics at some point

Nice my only warning that just happened is my windshield wipers started leaving marks and scraping the decal so you may want to check that.

You know, that thought crossed my mind when I was halfway through peeling back the application paper. I should’ve turned the car on and run the wipers and stopped it with the wipers up. Guess I’ll find out soon enough, supposed to rain Thursday 🤷🏻‍♂️

My windshield is ceramic coated (except for where the decal is, I polished it off before I applied the decal). I wonder if ceramic coating over the decal as well as coating the wiper blades (which I do anyway) helps with that. I’ll have to keep an eye on it and be extra diligent about keeping the blades coated.

This weekend was new wheel and tyre time.

Ferrada CM1 20x9, 20x10.5. Vredestein Vorti R tyres. 295 35 20, 275 35 20.

Im pretty darn pleased with the results.

Next week im pulleying down, and with the recently added PMAS intake I hope to be knocking on the door of 675WHP, which is as far as I can go on my 93 setup. :)
