275 mile range... I can't even remember what that was like... lucky to get 150 :p
Yeah that's probably more from the previous stats on the cluster honestly. If I go gently for awhile then have a full full tank, it might show 276. But what really matters is that I can milk it up to the 300 range if I stick to 75-80 on the highway for a trip.

Planning on doing the same thing this weekend but with black brushed aluminum wrap. It will also be my first time trying to wrap something. Any advice you can offer? I'm mainly concerned with the bottom steering wheel trim. Not sure how I'm going to do this piece yet.
If I were to do it again, I think I would wrap the middle piece of it with some flat layer first then do the rest. I didn't really think about it properly and figured I could pull the wrap in from the top, but that didn't work and I still have most of the middle silver showing in there (doesn't obviously stick out as you can see in the picture, but I know). With this particular wrap, I think it might actually work out decently to mask off the main surface then just plastidip the middle so it is black.

Also, have a heat gun handy to be able to pull the wrap to the edges and fold over. I also did several small cuts around any bends to help fold in smoothly. There is a lot of surface on the trim itself, but just look at what will actually be exposed to get an idea of where you need to be careful to get a good looking installed final product.

Put in some 3D Maxpider floor mats, seem well made and look great.

Ordered VLAND euro style tail lights and DD clear side marker lights for my baby.

Also ordered hood struts from Steeda a few weeks ago for both my and my wife's mustangs, hoping they come in soon.

After a wash, clay bar and wax on Sunday, I drove it to work yesterday, yea! Until I sat down in it to head home, looked out over hood, saw a layer dust :curse:  !!

So I said screw it, I'm leaving the company truck home again today and drove the 'Stang again.

Guess I'll just have to wash it, again, this weekend. And her Cherokee, And the company truck. And the Fusion. And the inside of all of them. At least it's not yard work.

Wrapped my steering wheel trim in the forged carbon fiber that @psoto13 posted about using previously. Long term plan is probably going to involve wrapping all the dash trim similar to how he did, love the way it looks on just the wheel trim so far - hopefully it holds up okay given that it was my first wrap job!

If you look closely you might also notice something else a little new for my 2017 V6

Love the steering wheel. I thought about doing this but wasn't really sure since I liked the dark chrome trim. Now I might definitely do it since I have left over vinyl from the dash.

When the hubs were off for ARP extended stud install I gave them a quick clean on a wire wheel and splashed some gloss black Tremclad on the non-machined surface. Looks a lot better that when them came off the car but who knows how long it will last.

Got the hub installed back on the knuckle and ready to go on the car.

Looks great!
I noticed you have all the flat parts of the studs pointing inward. Is that because the heads are so big you need to do it to clear the seal, or you’re just a bit anal?

Just anal I guess did it that way on my S197 so I did it again on the S550.

Trimmed my front tag today for a little more ground clearance. I have a 2019 PP2 with a sto and show tag holder. It was always scraping the tag.

seemed to do the trick.

Also did my 1st detail at 820 miles.. I used Meguairs cleaner wax and it took out some of the imperfections. As it gets warmers I’ll get my buffer out and correct some of those swirls.

Keeps the wheels balances at 180+ MPH.
