Really happy to read your comment about "common ground". I've been in the hot rod crowd since 1985 and at all the shows and cruise ins... It's just about the cars and the hobby! Age has nothing to do with it!! That being said...I'm 69 !!Don't know why buy was drawn to my local dealer today..they had yellow GT pp with painTed black stripes I wanted to take a close look at...while there met Charles a 2008 Bullitt owner and took some pics.... chatted him up about the new car and his Bullitt. ..he was doing some window shopping ..interesting conversation about line locks, car shows and dealer markups on the 50th anniversary. .mustang appeals to all ages.. I am 43 and Charles is in his seventies...but we found some common ground...

Not so much of what I did for my Mustang, but what my Mustang did for me...
1st place in my division (2014-2015 Judges Choice) at my very first Mustang Meet. I was shocked that I won, but I put a TON of time into cleaning it, so it was worth it.

I swapped my tires side to side, inspected all my brakes and suspension in preparation for SCCA's Track Night in America at Thompson Speedway. LOL it will be my second track day in 4 days 
4 events including today's one original brake pads with over 50% left and tires that are supposed to suck are really holding up with 4200 hard miles. The only thing killing them is lack of Negative Camber. I killed the shoulder on the LF playing with air pressures and went the wrong way. So the RF is now the LF. Here's a video from Saturday of me playing with a very well driven M4 not realizing I had mistakenly turned my T/C back on.
