@Mastodon2k did you install the stripes dry or with spray water?
Did you find the hood stripes difficult? Any tips for the hood?
I did mine wet with soap water, which you'll want to do to be able to adjust it and smooth out the bubbles. A second pair of hands is very "handy" for the hood since it's such a large piece. Once it's in place the wife can go back inside while you smooth out the bubbles.

When I was out yesterday, I saw this other Ecoboost. I don't know if it is another member's ride.

What strut tower brace is that?
The strut tower brace is from Schropp Tuning, a german company. I just checked their website (https://www.schropp-tuningshop.com/), but it doesn't seem to be working at the moment. However, they do have a facebook (https://www.facebook.com/pg/SchroppTuning/shop/). You will have to translate the site from german to english. I actually ordered mines from this forum, the owner's wife is on here and she may still be active @N/Angel. I ordered mines as a carbon fiber bar with red plates because they come with black or silver plates by default. I do have UPR adjustable motor mounts installed and its sitting 1/4" lower than stock if you are looking for clearances. Here is a link to the postings I made in the past when I got my strut brace:

https://www.mustang6g.com/forums/threads/strut-brace-that-will-fit-top-mount-super-charger.131037/

Note that my setup is not a perfect fit due to the PMAS air intake. I had to twist the intake tube to fit the it under the strut brace plate on the driver side. You can see that I put some cushion where they meet. The stock air intake will fit fine. I hope they are still in business because I would like to grab another brace from them before they are gone.

Very nice. As soon as I saw the antennae, on the mountain, I was like this has to be home. I haven't been back home since Christmas.

I used a basic spray bottle with water. Lots of water. The BWG instructions specifically say not to use a soap solution, and the water alone worked well for me. The hood was one of the easier pieces, since it's a relatively simple shape. The bumpers were trickier, since they have more complex curves. Using a hair dryer or heat gun helps the vinyl conform better. Key thing is to just go slow and not rush it. As long as the car/vinyl stays wet, you can remove and readjust several times. I did. It's not a perfect job and I can see a few small imperfections, but they're only there if you look for them specifically, and the few hundred dollars I saved by doing it myself was worthwhile.

Yesterday I had one of my techs install my Steeda lateral links with extended ball joints. Also was going to have him throw on my new passenger side cat, but it came defective straight from Ford (bad weld burned through to honeycomb) so I will be exchanging it today or tomorrow. Also getting an alignment today because it's way off now and the steering feels really strange

EDIT: alignment completed and it's way better now. no strange steering. my toe was so out of whack that i had 2 FULL degrees of toe out on each side in the front. steering feels more responsive, less bump steer, front end way more stable overall, compared to the stock control arms

Changed the oil to PUP 5w-30. Still has a tick like always, gets slightly quieter when hot. Decided to cut the filter open and saw some flakes (16.5k miles on motor, 1,350 on oil). This is all after the following steps:
1. Had blackstone analyze the oil when i changed it the first time (bought used at 14k) which showed no excessive metals in the oil and nothing unusual.
2. Had Ford “inspect” it for the tick and give me the shpeal about it being a normal characteristic.
3. Sent this oil change in for analysis as well because why not.

Probably being paranoid but the sounds are not ok. I wanna tune but i also want to save any warranty i might still have if it wants to go kaboom.

I changed out the exhaust tips. OEM were 3.5”, my loudmouth 2 had 4”, and I changed them to 4.5” tips. I initially was going with dual tips, but I kinda like the “rolled” singles. I may get them powdercoated black eventually.

I sold my JL Stealthbox to a member off here locally, I had cut my weathertech mat to fit the Stealthbox, he didn’t need the mat so I didn’t want it to go to waste. I did a cut out around my new subwoofer perfectly, then my corner was home from old box

I decided, why not make it a storage box? Cleaners random stuff so won’t roll around trunk..

I bought a fence picket from Lowe’s for $1 then I cut it and such to fit. Then vinyl wrapped it with leathery black vinyl (not paint vinyl)

I will take better photos later. But I only have like 15 bucks in it.

Bought two 90* elbow brackets, then a bolt through each into the stock subwoofer holes in floor.

Then other side mounted to wood.

I bought a massive sheet of vinyl for 7 bucks awhile back, 1 dollar for the wood, and I bought a staple gun for 13 bucks to do it.

I made a slit in carpet so the bottom of bracket was hidden under carpet.
