It's the same spoiler. One is the OE part number the other re-labeled and offered by Ford Performance. On our site we list the FP # as this one is more cost effective https://www.levittownfordparts.com/sku/gr3z-6344210-bc.html

Basically yes in fit and looks but it will have provisions to accept the PP2 Lower , Its a good kit option in your scenario.
