Why don't you just remove your car key from the key chain and keep it seperately? Problem solved and you don't even need to wait for the new car ;)
Then you'd have two sets of keys to carry :p

This will be my first Mustang. So that is the most exciting thing for me. I'm going from a 2012 Raptor to the Mustang so it will be a night and day difference to driving.

I'm excited to get back into some V8 horsepower. I've always had a hot rod consistently, until the last 3 years of my Lightning ownership. My first car was an 87 LX 5.0 that became a pretty big deal on the street locally; my second Mustang was an 06 GT that broke some N/A barriers early in the 3V game; then I got a 2000 Lightning that was a hoot in 425 rwhp bolt-on trim, but when I went with a new forged motor I just never could get it right. I got it to 500 rwhp on the ported stock blower (with plans for a Trinity TVS), but I couldn't keep it together. I fought it for 3 years, and I decided to sell it this spring before it cost me my wife lol.

So it's been 3+ years since I've been in a real drag race, and I can't wait to get back in the game. I'm just excited to have my first Coyote.

Exactly this. Tried it once. Made lots of trips back to the car for forgotten keys haha.

Forgot to add to my list above: a smaller steering wheel. I find my current one is a bit too big. Also, the metal gets hot! Looking forward to an all leather wheel... Oh and relocated cup holders.

oh, no brainer for me.
Looking forward to taking it on the track for sure.
Before that…. the first drive…I throw the steering around quite a bit, back and forth aggressively, check counter steer, torque, brakes….I can really learn quite a bit just going down the street and never even have to go that fast. So yeah, definitely looking forward to that first drive

Looking forward to an upgraded interior In a mustang. The v8 power is also key so I did not order an upgraded audio system on my DIB. Just the performance package.

Looking forward to finally getting rid of that truck rear axle and getting a modern sports car suspension. That was my worst complaint about my 2011.

1. The looks of the car. I am in love with it.
2. Overall performance of the car, especially the IRS.
3. New interior design and quality of the new interior materials, etc.
4. Polishing and waxing on that new Magnetic paint!
5. Getting back in a Mustang! Been out of one since 2008 when I sold my 2003 10th Anniversary Cobra.
6. Track events.
7. Keyless entry/ignition
