On the ground, in line with the end of the passenger side tailpipe there is a wetness. I don't know if it is some kind of condensation (New England spring) or if it is because the car is new. I does not smell like gas. I am praying it is not serious. Can any one help me?

Water is created through combustion reactions. No worries.

Refined gasoline is C8H18. Your engine combusts gasoline, which gives you 2C8H18 + 25 O2 => 16CO2 + 18H2O. Of course, it's not purely efficient, so you'll end up with unburnt hydocarbons and carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxide and whatnot coming out of the exhaust as well, but for the most part the stuff that comes out of your exhaust ports is carbon dioxide and water.

So what you're looking at is water. Which is a normal product of combustion. Your car is working properly. Relax.
