I took my car to drive through car wash. When vaccuming I noticed the bottom of driver side door jamb wet as well as the carpet in back. What would cause this? How do I fix it?

Well, there is your problem!I took my car to drive through car wash.
I remember seeing that, good call.Pull the door panel and make sure the vapor barrier is sealed at the bottom.
There was another thread elsewhere on here where the vapor barrier was not sealed properly at the bottom and water took the path of least resistance... breached the vapor barrier where the sealant was missing and trickled inside to the floor.
Yea I can't find the thread, but I know it had images of the owner's door showing the missing sealant.I looked for it I shall search again
Would this make the seat bottom damp and driver side floor liners full of water?Nevermind. This was already suggested: Check the stickers inside the door jamb by the fender. They are known to come off or not be properly stuck over the holes.
