Weird Noise at slow speeds

I’ve just noticed tonight this weird noise at slower speeds with my 2021 Mustang GT Convertible.
Happens at very low speeds as video shows. Only does it once when coming to a stop, and again when slowly accelerating.
Any ideas as to what the “facha” sound is? Is it normal and I’ve just never noticed it?
Just purchased the car (used) at only 3,700 miles, now around 4,200.

Did you ever figure out what was causing this? I have a similar noise in my 2021 GT. Dealor says the driveshaft is bad. Waiting for a new one now. Fingers crossed my noise goes away

Have no updates, I didn’t take it into dealer. It still makes the noise (when we notice it.) hasn’t gotten worse or better. Up to 11k miles now. I’m curious when you get the driveshaft replaced if that fixes it. I can take it in for the same. Assuming it’s covered under factory warranty or my extended warranty, hopefully.

Just got my car back with a new driveshaft covered under warranty. All good now no more noise. Im relieved it was driving me effing crazy!!

That’s awesome! We set an appointment to drop it off Monday. Fingers crossed it’s covered and same issue. It’s interesting considering we don’t rag on the car at all really, and it was an old man’s before, who only put 1100 miles a year on it. However the dealer manager took it for a “weekend” and put another 600 on it. Wonder what causes it?

I know that some people have had issue with a sticker on the DS coming part off so when it rotates it smacks the underbody when rotating and you can only really hear it at low speeds. It may just be that.

Not sure of the cause. From what I have read the driveshaft in the S550 is the weak spot. The center bearing is known to fail at speeds above 125+ mph. My car had 7000 miles when I got it. I have no idea how many times my car has been above 125 mph by the previous owner. With a top speed of 163mph you would think the driveshaft would be able to take that kind of speed as well. With that being said I have not had my car anywhere near 125 there's no where to do that where I live. I have no idea why mine failed either but the dealor replaced the entire assembly under power train warranty and the problem is Fixed.
