I ended up using the stock resonator and the Atak mufflers off my cat back set up. Nice and quiet cold start. It is still loud when I get on it but much deeper of a tone with no rasp (the resonator cut out all the rasp). I need to do a write up in this set up cause it's a great solution for those who want a decently quiet cold start but all the anger possible when wot.

I'm gonna end up buying the borland resonator I think though just to cut down on weight. Hope it won't attached too much volume but a little more wouldn't hurt. The stock resonator really cut down the cold start scream everyone with catless LT's knows all too well.
Pair of vibrants will do the same w/o the weight/restriction of the stock mid-pipe.

Put in some Pypes M80's mufflers as they act as a resonator. I just had these put in behind my h-pipe and it reduced my cold startup by 60%. Huge, huge difference.

I thought there were no appreciable gains between stock catback & aftermarket catbacks??? Has anyone shown/posted HP gains due to any aftermarket catbacks?
