From what I've been told its possible. Do you have a programmer in the car? I ask because I have an Nguage and in the settings you are able to change tire height ect.I checked to see if anything was dragging on the rotor, doesn’t appear to be. Earlier today I set the parking brake and disengaged. I moved the car a bit in the drive it’s currently not on. I will go for a short drive later.
I do have an 18” MT ET R currently on the rear. The tire size could cause the light to trip?
Didn’t realize the tire size would throw an Ebrakes light? Car is getting retuned in 2 weeks. Can easily adjust it then. From what I've been told its possible. Do you have a programmer in the car? I ask because I have an Nguage and in the settings you are able to change tire height ect.
Thanks for the info. Now that I know what is causing it I’m not to worried. I agree, tuning it out may not be the best solution, since I won’t always have the DR’s on the car.The light is because of tire size difference. Why it shows the ebrake warning light confused me too. 100% tire size differences. I put DR on and got the same light.....put regular tires back on and gone away. There is no fixing or adjusting this, out side of having same tire diameters, or someone tuning it. And if you did fix it for the DR then it would throw the error for regular tires.
Are the front tires the SAME O/D SIZE as the rear tires? I run 325's on ALL 4 tires and DON'T have a LIGHT!!!Thanks for the info. Now that I know what is causing it I’m not to worried. I agree, tuning it out may not be the best solution, since I won’t always have the DR’s on the car.
