So, if testing continues to go well on this and when I'm ready, I could probably get a "tame" 93 tune for daily driving around 350/380 in one slot and a 93/meth tune in another slot for when I want to play with around 400/400 and be relatively safe? I don't want to have to mix gas and e85 since that will probably go badly for me at some point when I make a mistake. I'm thinking adding a little meth would be safer for me.
Methanol, 91/93, and this turbo with bolt ons will make 400 without a problem.

Completely understood. The reason I wanted 400/400 was from WAY back in the beginning when our EBs were new, I pulled that number out of my azz as a target. After seeing those numbers passed with proper fueling (and the block holding up) and then hearing about this amazing turbo, I thought MAYBE this will be possible. Then when we saw the data yesterday being VERY close to that and hearing it needed new plugs I again thought maybe with some new plugs and final tweaking it will hit that mark! TBH though, I don't really care if it is exactly, it's just a number and 380 is pretty damn close.

I'm not going to an alternative fueling for a DD that I fill up every week. I'm also not doing meth on a DD, I've had quite a bit of experience with those over the years (I'm not young) and don't want to deal with all that. Yes they have much more reliable systems over the past 10-15 years but still too much of a pain. I've even done a system where I used my windshield washer tank for meth so I had a low fluid indicator but then I didn't have windshield washer fluid. E85 is not available near me and I'm not mixing additives with every tank of gas. I'm not racing the car, it's not a weekend extra so it will only get 93 and whatever that can safely produce.
The only thing you have to do with my methanol kit is keep the tank full.

Is the length any shorter than the normal route?

About 300 feet shorter, give or take 298/299 feet.

Seems like the passenger side intake will have issues with water ingestion such like on rainy days maybe?
Or is just exposed like that for picture purposes?

There is normally a fenderliner there, but it looks like Tony cut it off the car for some reason?

Either way, it is no different than every other intake on the market that goes into the drivers fenderwell.

Well that would be my fender liner coming loose, and getting caught on the tire, and getting ripped off about 2 months ago, make it easy to get pics, but it will be protected from the water, same as any other inlet, if you have an intact fender liner, you will just have to pull the liner down to get the filter in

It sucks that it won't work with that clean side catch can. I just purchased the DVCC and CSCC from them earlier today. So can I still use my current MMR CAI with this setup or do I need to let go of the CSCC?

Why won't it work with the CSCC? It has a adapter for the DVCC, and the CSCC uses the factory PCV connector on the intake. VTT's intake should have both.

Plus, you can re-route a DVCC to service the clean side of the valve cover as well. Check my post in the mile long thread about it all.

Little E30 testing before I had to head home. I had to put this graph in speed because the RPM signal went a little wonky right up top. Turbo is honestly badass! Holding 400WHP to redline like nothing...:first: More to come! Enjoy your weekend! We will open pre-orders on Monday!

Couple people asked for pics of the passenger side inlet. It cleans the engine bay up quite nicely. Keep in mind the cold side charge pipe will be changed, BOV will go on the side closest to the motor, and on the other side closer to the TB will be a bung for a meth nozzle. We sent a few changes back to the manufacture for the inlet, and a few other things, but they fit amazing for samples. Looking forward to getting these out there. We added an nice built in bung for people running the UPR Dual catch can, if not it will come with a plug to plug it off. Side note, we did see UPR just released a very cool clean side catch can, and it sits in the same spot as our passenger inlet, so looks like only one is an option...:( It will also come with a harness extender for the IAT sensor.

E30 is in the car, may try to turn it up today, if not, next week.
I was just reading this quote from VTT. Am I reading into it wrong?

You only can't use both if you run the UPR CSCC where they want to run it. You can actually run the CSCC anywhere you want to run it, pretty easy to find a spot. Just can't go where the inlet is.

Will the MAP intake work just fine with this turbo?
Not to speak out of place but this is a direct replacement turbo so yes it should work.
