Ordered a set of Vorshlag camber plates a little over a week ago and haven't heard anything from them in terms of a shipping confirmation. I called and emailed asking about timeline because i have an appointment scheduled to have these and the lowering springs installed but have not gotten a response to either.

Just wondering for those who have ordered from them before, how your experience was and if you can comment on how long after your order did it take for your camber plates to arrive?

Thanks.

Web order completed March 25, shipping confirmation March 29, received April 1. No problems at all with a simple web order of camber plates.

I'm following this. I have heard others complain about the same thing. Please keep us posted. I wont do business with people who don't take care of their customers

Same as you bro.

Ordered May 27.

Nothing.

Emailed 2x. No response.

Called in. 'Oh we are making xx piece - should be a week'

Nothing.

Called again a week and a half ago. I was told they would call me back. Nothing. No parts. No call back. No email return.

There's a guy on the facebook Shelby group that has been waiting over a month. This was the reason I decided to go with the Shelby American camber/caster plates instead.

I just ordered last week as well. Put in a note in to let me know if the parts are constrained. No response yet.

I'll call them in the next few days, if no response I'll try the MM ones.

From what everyone said the parts themselves are better, and i am ok waiting for a bit longer to get something better, the only requirement i have is a little transparency and communication so i can adjust schedule accordingly. My post isn't a slight against vorshlag as i have not been waiting as long as some others, i was just looking to see if others have had similar experiences and it does sound like other have. I will wait another week and if i don't have any response to my calls or emails and no shipping notification i will just call my credit card company and have them reverse the charges.

Thanks for the feedback

I called them at the end of May and was told to expect a call by mid June, still waiting on that call. I was hoping to do the Vorschlag at the same time as the Ford Performance lowering springs, and I am still waiting for those as well. It must be a sign....I am going to Summit point raceway, West Virginia this Friday, without any suspension mods,

Just got off the phone with them.

Was told the parts are machined, at anodizing and they should have them back Thursday for shipping Friday.

Not owning a GT350 I can only comment on my experience with parts for my S197. I ordered from them in March, spoke with Jason, and he was upfront about being out of stock on certain parts at that time. I was ordering more than just camber plates and it took a couple weeks before the parts were in and everything shipped.

That said I saw no problem with the situation. And the quality is very good so sometimes it's worth the wait.

Nothing yet. Tomorrow I am calling my credit card company and getting a refund.

2 weeks since I ordered and no shipment, 1 week since I called and also emailed asking for a status without any response. (I also called about 3 or 4 more times never having been able to get ahold of a person to speak to)

I'm ok if parts aren't available right away, I'm not ok with a lack of response or customer service.
