I'm going on 2 weeks post CC charge and nothing has been delivered, and zero communications/updates. I DM'd a Vorshlag employee and emailed them yesterday. Awaiting some sort of timeline update otherwise I'll need to cut bait and go another route.

Wow, less than 6 weeks ago I e mailed them on a Friday with questions, got a response and link to order less than 48 hours later, ordered immediately and had them by Thursday evening and installed on Saturday, so 8 days from question to install. My experience could not have been better, disappointed that others haven't had a similar one as they are the best.

I ordered mine on a weekend and got them a few days later, very happy.

Same experience here, ordered on Sunday and received on Thursday.

Sucks some of you guys are having problems.

I recently ordered and got mine a few days later. Seems they do these in batches, so if your order comes in between batches, you will have to wait. Their communication could be better. People are usually willing to wait if you keep them informed.

That's the message right there! Keep the customer in the loop and all is easy-peasy however, charging a card with no timeframe in place and zero communication is hardly professional.

shipped today, 15 days, meh. I dont care so much but an eta expectation would have been nice and frankly expected with a premium product.
