You may want to try opening the page in both IE and Chrome. I've had times where it will work in Chrome and not IE and vice versa.

For anyone who doesn't have a VIN, but has the picture of their car like MustangMitch - if you ordered Recaro's do they show up as an option?

I have the pic, but all my options are there except Recaro, I checked my VOC and it's there so may send a PM or call just to confirm...unless others don't see it too..

Work is a lost cause today I'm afraid...

Mine are not showing also. It does say in the fine print all items may not show. I still just sent an email to my dealer to confirm on his end they didn't kick the Recaros. On the build the car site if you click Prem trim and then Recaros the trim goes away. Hope they didn't kick all recurs out if you order Prem trim.

I haven't been able to pull up my order online and I called customer service and she said she couldn't find the order either, which is worrying me. Ordered it on Monday. Anyone else have this problem??

This is what i've got. Everything is accurate with the exception of the lack of recaros. I was worried at first but it seems like several people have this issue as well.

Yeah I posted that in the 68B thread, yet my order was accepted/confirmed by Ford/and shows Red line + Premier Trim so who knows....
