Anyone ever use these to tone down their Roush active exhaust with a x pipe?
I installed these with a factory and was just too mellow, (80 DB's @ 4500RPM's using the Ca. test method). With a Steeda x pipe too loud (105 DB's @4500 RPM's using the Ca test method). Love the deep tone of the Roush, just need it a little toned down. I was wondering if any one out there tried using a set of the Vibrant resonators welded in line on the x-pipe to tone it down a bit? As a side note the Steeda x pipe with a factory muffler set up was a raspy 96 db/'s at 4500 RPM's.
