The forum is migrating to a new server this weekend. Hopefully that speeds it up.

a 'server move' this coming Saturday with matching outage probably has a good reason. What the operator needs is an ALB in front of an EC2 auto-scaling group and an RDS database with 1 master and possibly 2 read-only replicas. :)
(that was geek-speak for an Amazon Web Services infrastructure)

Why not give the hamsters some Red Bull so they spin the wheels faster? Dat's coon-ass talk for "just make it go".

S-l-o-w, yea, probably because the “Will the Trump be impeached” thread has blew the hell up with all the meme postings...

Yeah it has been pretty slow lately.

But I've seen worse.

Site is still really slow just thought I'd throw that out there being it's on a different server now? Cleared my cache and cookies still the same.

M6g has been slow for me for months, as of today after the migration message appeared/disappeared its shockingly slow, like 20 seconds to post. Replied to a pm earlier and it didnt even send. Just loading a page is taking 5-10 seconds, searching is even worse.

Fwiw my internet is fine
