I kinda thought that might be a little bit of a reach. Maybe if I had a frame that said "there's a" on the top and "for displacement" underneath.

fionic: I put HR DRYER because my Dad referred to the turbo as a "hair dryer" I've heard that slang term before, but not sure if it's a widely accepted thing. No worries though, you won't hurt my feelings

Vietnam Vet

I took my plates right from the dealer and went to the DMV to swap out for Vietnam Veteran plates. Not really "personalized" I know, but still unique. I have them on my 13 Explorer, and I can say for sure that they got me out of 2 speeding tickets, and one "failure to come to a complete stop" ticket. The Cops actually told me it was the plates that influenced their decision. All I got was a warning for all three violations.
I would suggest to all vets here to get Veteran plates. it is worth the trouble making the trip to DMV.....Just make sure you have your DD-214 with you.
