Yeah, just built me an XLT Sport and damn near rage flipped my office desk. Ford must have lost their minds on pricing with the 2018s. If they offer 0% for 72 on the remaining 2017s I may go ahead and pull the trigger on an XLT Sport.
Honestly the front has grown on me enough I have decided to wait. Plus after hearing about the design team using Darth Vader's helmet as inspiration has me envisioning owning a black '18 and naming it Vader. That and the new tech has me waiting and saving more money for a down payment next year.
So the dealer I'm working with is giving me a deal that is absolutely unreal on a Grabber Blue GTPP but I have to finance through FMC to get it (3.9% for 72 months). My question is did anyone who did a refi have an early payoff penalty and how long did you wait to refi?
Westway has a base Grabber Blue GT with 3.55s that I wouldn't mind having so they are on my list of dealers to contact. Town East Ford has a GB base with Performance Package I am trying to work a deal on now.
So after a 16-month hiatus from being a Mustang owner I am currently looking to take advantage of the current rebates to trade my 2016 Focus SE ("lovingly" named the Slocus) into a 2017 Grabber Blue base GT. Right now, none of the local dealers here in west Texas have any discounts beyond the...
As someone who drives a Focus now (2016 SE hatch) I'm absolutely, 100% regretting trading in my 2015 GT (long story). Granted, the performance difference between the NA 2.0L in the SE to the turbocharged 2.3L and all wheel drive RS is like turtle to rabbit on crack at the end of the day the...
Maybe someone could point me to the right place (if there is one) but has Ford put on display what a base model GT will look like or if it will have Sync 3 or that ugly 4.3" Sync system from 2006 in it?
Ok, just my thoughts:
I went back and forth on the front end of the 2018. At first I hated it, but then it grew on me. However, having had time to look at it along with the rest of the car I've come to the following conclusion: it doesn't fit the car. It's like the S550 went to get a haircut...
I am going to hope that it just looks like crap in that color and it looks badass in black, otherwise I'll be looking for my next S550 from the pre-owned market.
