Any idea what this does? Is it a power restriction? The manual implies it 'locks the system' which I assume is simply preventing access via the screen to the menu?

It locks all features until it is turned off by (correct me if I'm wrong) one of the phones connected to the system. Thats the idea I have of it anyway.
