I'm having this same problem.

I didn't kno there was a correct and incorrect way to install them but going lock to lock I get a pop like a binding spring.

I had the same thing happen to me when I switched to koni shocks. Talk about annoying having to take it apart and get it aligned again.

Im at 22k miles but I put my springs and sway bars on at 700mi. I have done multiple track days and autocrosses plus running the East TN mtn roads.

I dont think the Moog part is any better than the Ford part.

Dont think its any worse either. Ford part is $20 or there abouts and Moog is $20. Moog has always made quality parts.
